Thank You - from Stuart Attwood

Dear All
Apologies for the delay but I wanted to send a thank you round to all who sponsored me in my running of the London Marathon for the Alzheimer's Society in honour of my dad Alan Attwood.

Despite numerous injury setbacks in training that at one point put my participation in jeopardy I managed to get complete the 26.2 mile course in 6 hours 4 minutes.

There were some tough moments getting round but when I thought about the generous donations and support I have received from everyone that really spurred me on as well as knowing I would see my dad and family at the finish line.

I have achieved my fundraising target and have currently raised over £3200 with more sponsorship to come in. There is no way I could have achieved this without the amazing support of ACI. My family and I have been blown away by the generosity people have shown.
